Kelong Trip (an update)

Dear Kingdom Friends,

this is a follow up on the last blog that was sent a week ago.
I spoke with Eric on Thurs at supper about this kelong thing and *surprise surprise* he says his aunt also has a kelong and has a package like this for tourists like us.
The package is S$65, 2days 1night. This is inclusive of transport from Sgp to M'sia (Kukup), meals and drinks provided. The rooms are furnished with air-cons (I can see Daniel lifting his hands and thanking God) and it's cold type not like the ones at Seri Costa. But fishing is not popular as there aren't many fishes. If we don't wanna take up the transport thing we can drive/ bike up on our own. The package will be RM$75 instead.

It sounds good to me cos it's Eric's relative - we would help bring her biz and we also can enjoy "VIP" treatment. *heh heh*

What say you all?

either way, we have to wait for the Pulsator to come back first.

Pulsator!! *LOL*

i think going to Eric's aunt's kelong is a great idea!

curiously, why it is more expensive if we provide our transport? parking charges?

i would prefer to take the kelong's transport (less hassle/no getting lost/CHEAPER), unless everyone wants a road trip.

no may, it's not cheaper, must see the currency
haha
not consistent one

with the transport package, it's $65 SINGAPORE DOLLARS
without transport, it's $75 RINGGIT

personally i'm fine with either.

hi hi, i only check this comment now. I also dunno when the pulsator coming back. Anyone knows? Encyclopedia Yap?
I also like the idea of taking the transport there. Can just relax. But in this case we can't decide to go kulai for somemore feasting. (But i think we would all be quite well fed at the kelong.) Dan would also miss his wife - Honda.

the next time we meet i can show you guys on the gps where it is. it's one corner and there isn't a direct route it seems from 2ndlink. we have to come off the highway and head towards potian, turn left and all the way down to one corner.

i asked my friends pamela and matthew if they'd like to come along too. hope all of you don't mind. you've met them before, they're from our church, they teach tuition and also run a surf shop at parkway parade.
